You can exchange the items or take store credit should you return the items in 14 days time. For all items that reach us after 7 working days from the date of the order will be subject to a restocking fee. For items to be eligible for return they should be:

- In brand new condition. It should not be worn, washed or dirty. Tags should be intact & attached to the garment.
- In the original packing. Any products with damaged packing will not be accepted.
- We cannot accept return for any panties and stockings once tried on by someone. Also, no accessories, panties or stockings can be accepted for return or exchange once the packaging has been opened.
- Items on sale, special promotions or products/orders otherwise discounted will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
