You can exchange the items or take store credit should you return the items in 14 days time. For items to be eligible for return they should be:

- In brand new condition. It should not be worn, washed or dirty. Tags should be intact & attached to the garment.
- In the original packing. Any products with damaged packing will not be accepted.
- We cannot accept return for any panties and stockings once tried on by someone. To return panties or stockings, the product should be in its original packing & the seal should not be broken.
- Items on sale, special promotions or products/orders otherwise discounted will not be eligible for refunds. The can be exchanged for a store credit.
