strapsandstrings.com is India's premier online luxury lingerie boutique. The plush website design and product display replicates the swanky ambience of an upmarket boutique. Being easily navigable, it allows our style-savvy customers to shop by brand, colour, style, size or occasion. Watch out for our tasteful underinnings from top international labels via express delivery.

2. What States do we deliver to?

We deliver only in India as of now (except for the northeastern states)

3. Do we have any shops?

No. However, we are working towards a strong presence in popular boutiques and stores. Information on this will be available on our website soon.

4. Can you mail me the Catalogue?

All product-related information is available on our website strapsandstrings.com

5. Do the brands you sell, sell offline in India too?

No. As of now, the brands that we sell do not sell offline in the Indian market.

6. How can I subscribe to your newsletters and emails?

At the bottom of every page there is a link which says “Sign up for our newsletter for exclusive previews & offers”. Please enter your email ID in the text box and click on “Go”.

7. How can I unsubscribe from your Newsletters?

We have an unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email that we send you. Please click on it to unsubscribe from our emails/newsletters.

8. Do you have gift vouchers?

We will be launching gift vouchers from 1st January 2011 onwards. Once available you can buy them online with us.

9. Do you send one order to different locations (splitting orders)?

No, you have to make separate orders for separate locations.

10. How can I place an order?

You can place the orders by going to our website strapsandstrings.com. Select the product you want to buy – select the colour and size – click “Buy Now” – view your “Shopping Bag” – “Checkout”.

11. How Can I Track My Order?

Once the order is shipped the tracking number will be updated in your account.

12. I am looking for a certain type of lingerie/brand, how would I find it?

We have various drop down options like “What are you looking for?”, “Brand”, “Price”, “Colour” and “Size” on the left side of our webpage, which allow you to filter the products according to your specific choice.

13. How do I figure out my correct Size and Fit?

You can take help from “My Fitting Room” located under the heading “Buyer’s Guide” on the left side of the webpage. If you have any queries on measuring yourself, please call or chat with our Customer Service for assistance.

14. In bras, why do prices vary with sizes?

Some of our bras have prices that vary with sizes. The reason being, bigger the size of the breast the more material is used to offer good support.

15. How long will it take to get my order delivered?

All orders in stock are shipped out same day if the order is received by 1PM IST on a regular business day. Orders received after 1 PM are shipped out the next business day. Delivery to the major cities in India is done within 1 working day. Most tier 2 and tier 3 cities are delivered within 2 working days.

16. Are there any extra shipping charges?

The shipping charges will be mentioned once you “Checkout”. However, we are offering free shipping to all our customers for one month starting from the day of the website launch

17. Do you deliver out of India?

Not as of now. We are working towards extending our express delivery base.

18. How can I cancel my order?

You can only cancel the order before it goes into the “In process” stage. You have to call/chat with a customer care executive to cancel your order. Please note that the backordered items cannot be cancelled.

19. I forgot my password?

Please click on forgot password and follow the instructions. The new password will be emailed to you on the email ID registered with us.

20. How can I change my order?

The order can be changed before it goes into “In process” stage. Please call/ chat with the customer care executive in order to change your order.

21. Can I change my shipping address?

The shipping address can only be changed before the order goes into “In Process” stage. You also have the option of storing different shipping and billing addresses in your strapsandstrings.com account.

22. What is your return policy?

All returns have to be done within 1 week from the date the order was placed. Once you receive the product and wish to return it, please call the customer care executive and we will issue you an RMA number and our shipping company will pick it from your address. Please note that all the tags and labels should be intact and not removed from the product. Also, the product has to be returned in its original packing. There is no return policy on the backordered products. Once the seal on the packing for stockings, swimwear and panties is opened, the particular item cannot be returned.

23. Refund Policy?

All refunds will be processed in 1 week after we receive the product. Please allow 2 weeks for the money to reflect in your account. The money will be returned via the same method as the initial payment was made.

24. Do I pay for the return shipping?

We are offering free return shipping to all our customers for one month starting from the day of the website's launch.

25. Can I order something out of stock?

Yes, you can order products that are 'out of stock'. However, the shipping timeline for such products will be more than the 'in stock' products as they have to be specially ordered from our brands located in the USA, Canada and Europe. Please remember there is a “No Return” policy on such products.

26. What is your exchange policy?

All returns have to be done within 1 week from the date of placing the order. Once you receive the product and wish to return it, please call the customer care executive and we will issue you an RMA number and our shipping company will pick it from your address. 27. What happens if I receive damaged goods?

In the highly unlikely event of you receiving damaged or incorrect goods, please contact our customer service and place a request for a pre-paid label. This label along with a note of explanation and photographs of the product in the condition you received it, will be required to sent to us along with the damaged or incorrect goods. strapsandstrings.com will schedule a convenient pick-up.

28. How can I make a payment?

You can make an online payment using either your debit or credit card.

29. Do you have cash on delivery option?

Not yet. However, this option will be available soon. As of now, the only option of payment on strapsandstrings.com is through your debit or credit card.

30. Is it safe to make payments using a debit or credit card on your website?

Our payment page is SSL encrypted and VeriSign secured. The secure online payment gateway encrypts your card details in a safe host environment. Please note strapsandstrings.com does not save your card details anywhere on the website.

31. When would the payment be deducted from my account?

We charge you once your order goes into the “In Process” stage. However, payment for orders involving 'out of stock' items is charged as soon as the order is placed.

32. Is it important for me to register at strapsandstrings.com?

No. Once you have selected the product of choice, you can select “Buy now” and can checkout as a guest, without the need to register. That said we'd love to have you join the strapsandstrings.com family and enjoy special previews and offers.

33. Is the information I enter encrypted?

The credit card details are encrypted, however, the sections where you enter your shipping and personal details are not.

34. Is Gift wrapping offered as a service or do you charge for it?

We gift wrap on special request and charge Rs.100 per wrapping.

35. How do I place a personalized message to go with the order?

When you click on the check box for 'gift wrapping', a text box will appear where you can type the personalized message to be shipped along with the order.

36. What are the wash care instructions for the product that I have ordered?

strapsandstrings.com recommends hand wash for most of the products it features. Please follow the care instructions mentioned on the product tags.
